As some of you know, I took a job with World Racing Group about this time last year so 2019 was a much different year for me photography wise. Simply, I’ve only been to 10 or so races this year and find myself usually struggling to make a decent picture in my eyes.

See, I don’t want to have the same stuff as everybody else, I want something that sets me apart from the majority that do this week in and week out and I think I did that this past weekend with our three biggest series crowning champions at the Dirt Track here in Charlotte.

Brad Sweet edged reigning champion Donny Schatz by four points to win the closest championship battle in World of Outlaws Sprint Car Series history!

Brandon Sheppard dominated the World of Outlaws Late Model Series this year with 18 victories just missing a record breaking 19th win.

And Mat Williamson topped reigning Super DIRTcar Series champion, Matt Sheppard to pick up his first series title.

Now, for what you’re more then likely come here for, below are some of my favorite snaps from the weekend.
